This project focused on modernizing truck unloading capabilities while seamlessly integrating new equipment into the facility’s current grain handling system.

By adding a new high-capacity receiving pit, a new grain leg tied into existing infrastructure, and an overhead loadout structure with a smooth-wall hopper bin, J&D delivered a solution that improves both inbound and outbound throughput during peak seasons.

New 10’ x 28’ Receiving Pit – Designed to hold approximately 1,200 bushels for faster, more efficient truck unloading.

New Grain Leg Installation – Engineered and constructed to tie directly into the existing facility’s handling system.

3,000-Bushel Smooth-Wall Hopper Loadout Bin – Added to increase loadout capacity and speed.

Overhead Drive-Through Loadout Structure – Allows trucks to load efficiently while maintaining site traffic flow.
